First print-on-demand platform founded in Tunisia, built by a team of 3. 50,000+ TND in sales in its first month of production. Full ecosystem of 5 Next.js apps + Supabase backend: admin console, partner dashboard, fulfillment app, order confirmation, marketplace, and a delivery agent app — plus a custom OAuth2 server, webhook system, and Converty integration.

Built solo as fullstack developer and system designer for a Swiss consultancy. An all-in-one restaurant management SaaS — bookings, pre-orders, and in-house ordering — across 4 Next.js apps and a Supabase backend: an owner/admin portal, a staff app (bookings, orders, table map), a delivery agent app, and a consumer-facing app (like OpenTable + GloriaFood combined). Notable features: AI-based auto table assignment by capacity, QR-code in-restaurant ordering, and integrated PayPal payments.

Founded to solve a real bottleneck: spending all day answering DMs and confirming print-on-demand orders by hand. Beybot is an AI sales agent that connects to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp (with optional Podify integration) to reply to DMs and confirm orders automatically — turning a manual, full-time task into an automated one.

QR-code ordering system for restaurants, cafés, and hotel room service. Admins manage their menu and design, then either self-print QR codes or order stickers. Built as a side project — reached 10,000 TND MRR within 2 months.

Event ticketing SaaS built for Business Scalable AG (Zug, Switzerland). Designed and built a custom frontend ecosystem on the Pretix open-source core, including a high-performance interactive seatmap plugin for real-time seat selection and complex venue logic.

Lead AI Engineer (2023). Architected an AI-to-code engine that turns natural-language specifications into working full-stack web applications. Designed the translation layer that breaks down user intent and assembles structured, runnable code, significantly shortening prototype and MVP build time. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, Tailwind CSS.

Blockchain Architect, R&D (2022–2023, remote). Designed a privacy-focused blockchain protocol targeting scalability and transaction confidentiality. Learned Rust to implement Zero-Knowledge Proofs for private transactions, and developed a dual-layer architecture separating computation from settlement to improve throughput.
